Our current production time is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). This is subject to change depending on volume of orders.
Production time equals the time it takes to produce your order and prepare it to ship. Shipping time is not included in production times.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will ship it out via the USPS method of shipping that was selected at checkout.

►We stand behind our products 100%. We will never ship out a product that we would not be happy with our own child wearing. Customer service is a top priority and we would love for your children to be happy and proud to wear our custom designed tees.
Each one of our tees and baby bodysuits are made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
We provide detailed size charts for each of our products. We urge you to find the best fit for your child through measuring one of their current well fitting tees and comparing it to our chart. If in doubt, always order a size up.
►IS YOUR ORDER NOT CORRECT?: If there was an error on our part, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery of your package. We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues that were made by us.
